She said that in Bangladesh all people have equal rights irrespective of their religion. Addressing the Hindu community, she said that you people have the same rights as I have. Sheikh Hasina said this while participating in a virtual program organized by Dhaka’s Dhakeshwari Temple.

Hasina said that if any incident happens in the country, then the government takes immediate action on it. Sheikh Hasina said that ‘The government takes action, but even after this it is propagated that Hindus have no rights here.
